1965: The Tailor And Cutter Magazine runs an article asking the Stones to start wearing ties, as the current fashion did not include wearing ties with shirts, so many tie-makers were facing financial disaster. Mick said about the appeal, ‘The trouble with a tie is that it could dangle in the soup. It is also something extra to which a fan can hang when you are trying to get in and out of a theatre.’

1975: Release of THE WHO’s album ‘Tommy (Original Soundtrack Recording)’, with Ronnie on guitar in two tracks: 1. There’s A Doctor/ 2. Acid Queen
2001: Keith inducts piano man Johnnie Johnson and guitarist James Burton at the 16th annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame award ceremonies at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. Keith also took part in the closing jam with Bono, Paul Simon, Kid Rock, Solomon Burke, Robbie Robertson and other artists.
2012: Release of B. B. King’s CD + DVD ‘Live At The Royal Albert Hall 2011’, with Ronnie as guest on 4 tracks:

March 19, 2015: Ronnie heads an all-star band including Mick Taylor at a benefit concert for the Roundhouse Trust at the Roundhouse in London, England
