May 21, 1968: Brian is arrested again at his apartment for drug offences, this time for possession of cannabis, and then sent to Marlborough Street Magistrates Court, where he received charges, facing a long jail term. A psychiatrist made an attempt to keep Jones out of confinement due to mental health issues, and a judge eventually did have pity on him, letting the guitarist off with another stern warning. However, it was now harder for him to get a visa needed for the band to tour the U.S. Later on he moves temporarily into Redlands, Keith’s house in the countryside.

May 21, 1969: Last band photoshoot with Brian, by Ethan Russell, which took place near Tower Bridge and also at George Nichol’s studio in London, later resulting in the cover and gatefold pics used for the THROUGH THE PAST, DARKLY (BIG HITS VOL. 2) compilation album.
