Dec. 1 2017: Release of the ON AIR album (Polydor 670 274-0)
The standard version of ON AIR contain 18 tracks featuring live and studio recordings broadcast by the BBC between 1963 and 1965 (including blues and rock ‘n’ roll covers and early Jagger/Richard hits), while the deluxe editions contain 14 more tracks. Among them, eight of the tracks have never been recorded or released commercially by the band. The quality of the individual recordings varies considerably, with some being recorded in mono, while others are in stereo. The album was released in a variety of formats, including CD, double CD deluxe edition, vinyl (plus a 2-LP version), and special colored limited edition vinyl. This release accompanied the book of the same title by writer Richard Havers.
