1963: 2 shows: Studio 51, Ken Colyer Jazz Club, London and Station Hotel, Crawdaddy Club, Richmond, England. Andrew Oldham and Eric Easton meet each other for the first time at the Crawdaddy, where they started discussing management possibilities together. But then Andrew says that “I first met Eric when I rented an office from him at 93/97 regent street for 4 quid per week and ‘go easy on the long distance phone calls, Andy’.The stones came later…”

April 28, 2000: A man named Paul Atkinson was jailed for three years after being found guilty of stealing more than £25,000 from Charlie Watts. He had been the manager of an Arabian stud farm owned by Charlie.
