August 14, 1981: Release of the Start Me Up / No Use In Crying 7″ single (Rolling Stones Records RSR 108)

Needless to say, Start Me Up turned into one of the Stones’ most famous anthems, rocking stadiums for decades with its killer riff and swagger. The B-side, No Use in Crying, is a mellow, often overlooked tune with a soulful vibe. Together, they’re pure Rolling Stones magic from the early ’80s.
