January 27, 1995: Estadio Pacaembu, São Paulo, Brazil (first Stones’ show ever in Brazil and/or South America)

The Rolling Stones made history in 1995 with their first-ever performances in South America, kicking off the iconic Voodoo Lounge Tour in São Paulo, Brazil. These groundbreaking shows, held at the Estádio do Pacaembu on January 27, 28 and 30, marked a new era for the band, as they connected with their passionate South American fanbase for the first time.
