May 27, 1966: The Stones appear on Ready Steady Go! (ARTV, UK TV) performing three songs:
1. I Am Waiting/ 2. Under My Thumb/ 3. Paint It Black 
From 1963 to 1966, the hit British TV show brought the exploding world of rock and pop straight into living rooms every Friday night. Packed with energy, fashion and live performances, RSG! became one of the defining music shows of the Swinging Sixties era in the UK

May 27, 1978: Ahead of their upcoming US tour the Stones took over Bearsville Studios in Woodstock, New York, for intense rehearsals and loose late-night jams. Keyboard duties shifted from Bernard Harvey to Ian McLagan, while guitarist Tim Moore joined the band for spontaneous sessions and musical experimentation.
