April 8, 1998: Ronnie Wood is rescued along with eleven other passengers from a boat after an engine caught fire. At the time the boat was exploring the islands near Angra Dos Reis, south of Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, when one of the boat’s engines caught fire. Passengers were rescued by nearby paparazzi, just before the boat exploded.

The special concert celebrated Lane’s enduring musical legacy, bringing together friends and collaborators to honor his influence and spirit. Released on DVD in 2014 as One For The Road: Ronnie Lane Memorial Concert – Royal Albert Hall, London, 8th April 2004.

April 8, 2013: Keith appears on U.S. TV show Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. He shows Jimmy how he crafts his signature guitar riffs, playing Jumpin’ Jack Flash and Start Me Up for an impromptu jam session.
