January 8, 1969: Mick and Keith were both barred from the Hotel Crillón (in Lima, Perú) for wearing “op art” pants, and nothing else, after refusing to change clothes.
Mick Jagger and Keith Richards visited Lima, Peru, during their South American travels. They stayed at the iconic Crillón Hotel, a luxurious landmark in the heart of the city. Both Rolling Stones members enjoyed Peru’s vibrant culture and unique atmosphere, leaving fans thrilled by their presence.
