Nov. 21, 1990: Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall marry on the Indonesian island of Bali in a lavish and spiritually rich ceremony that reportedly lasted around six hours. The event became one of the most talked-about celebrity weddings of its time, blending traditional Balinese rituals with the couple’s own flair. However, nearly nine years later, the marriage took an unexpected turn when a judge ruled the union legally invalid. Because the ceremony had never been properly registered, it was officially declared “null and void” turning what once seemed like a fairytale moment into a legal footnote.
